The 6th International Symposium on Trained Immunity / Innate Immune Memory will be held from the 13th to the 15th of November in the the Center for Regenerative Therapies Dresden (CRTD), located on Fetscherstraße 105, 01307 Dresden.

When arriving in Dresden by Plane

Board Train S2 from the airport underground station to Neustadt Train Station (~12 minutes). Take the south-east exit of the station and board Tram number 6 direction Niedersedlitz. Depart the tram (after ~12 minutes) at Blasewitzer Straße / Fetscherstraße. Walk 500 m (~7 minutes) on Fetscher Strasse towards the north to reach the CRTD. When arriving in Dresden by Train

International trains arrive in Dresden Hauptbahnhof and Dresden Neustadt. From Dresden Hauptbahnhof, board tram number 3 in the direction of Wilder Mann. Switch (after ~4 minutes) at Pirnaischer Platz and take Bus Nr. 62 in the direction of Johannstadt. Depart the Bus (after ~13 minutes) at Pfotenhauerstraße. Walk 400 m (~5 minutes) on Fetscher Strasse towards the south to reach the CRTD. Google maps route: https://maps.app.goo.gl/iWLvKDw7Qc8h2Y787. If you arrive at Neustadt Train Station, then follow the route suggested in the first section.

Calling +49 351 211 211 is one possibility if you can’t catch one directly at the airport entrance. A trip from the airport directly to CRTD would take around 30 minutes.

Impressions from the CRTD

The CRTD is at the interface between biological basic research and clinical application. It is located in immediate proximity to the University Hospital “Uniklinikum Dresden”, and within the renowned Life Science Campus “Biopolis Dresden”, which also encompasses the Center for Molecular and Cellular Bioengineering and the Max Planck Institute of Molecular Cell Biology and Genetics.
