At the research forefront of Trained Immunity

This symposium aims to highlight the latest concepts and technologies developed in the cutting-edge field of trained immunity, also referred to as innate immune memory, its mechanisms, and its role in human disease.

The novel concept of trained immunity has revolutionized immunology by challenging the dogma that only adaptive immunity has memory.

The International Trained Immunity Consortium (INTRIM) is a large-scale international collaborative effort studying the mechanisms underlying trained immunity.
